You can screen calls in realtime and decide if you want to answer the call or not.
In this demo the Auto-Pilot feature is enabled which means that Call Assistant will interact with the caller while users can read the conversation in realtime and then choose to answer, hangup or block the caller. Check out the iPhone Demo
